About Me !

I’m Vandana Sharma, an avid reader, a teacher,  a blogger, a book reviewer, and a budding technical content writer. After completing Engineering I took a distinct career path. I am running a coaching center that explains my passion for teaching and besides; it is an ongoing process of learning and conveying knowledge for me.

I have an affinity for reading books and learning new technology. Books have been a noble companion ever since I passed out of college.  My thirst for knowledge intrigues me to hunt for books of all genres and read any technical stuff I come across, and hence I started this blog to share my worldview and the very wisdom I gained from reading books with all of you.

I am a budding technical content writer. You can also read my tech blogs and follow me on my other blog, Tech Thoughts.

Falling In Love Again , Book Review

Falling in love again is probably the best thing that can happen to a young writer. It gives a certain spontaneity and intensity to his writing.  Falling in love again is a fusion of short, beautiful, unconventional love stories written by Ruskin bond. Those unconventional stories ring true to each of us, and many can relate to it in their lives.  It will be unfair in part of those who say they never fell in love, for they had been ignorant throughout their lives, they forget that their life had been a long love story. In the journey of life, they fall in love with the sun, the moon, flowers, books, roads, old trees, grannies and they will keep falling in love till their last breath.  The eyes have it  It is a nudge to those who turn blind eyes to the beauty of nature, chirping of a bird, hide and seek of sun and clouds, for they have too much to take in, and people with good eyesight cannot see what is right in front of them.  The subseque...

I had grown up seeing my father reading lots and lots of books and because he would read a lot, I never found him at loss for words.   He was an avid reader and a prolific writer. Not only he would read, but also he had written a good number of articles. He was a great leader; he could influence anybody. Be at the dinner table or at his office conference’s, he would win million hearts.    H e was a man of letters, extremely erudite His presence would daunt normal people. He would always egg us on reading books. As a kid, I would turn deaf ear to his persuasions for reading.  But later on, when I entered college, I found my way to the fiction and self-help section in the college library, though my father had maintained a full-fledged library which comprised almost all the genres, Issuing a book from the library would give me extra motivation owing to the timeline it would come with.  When I set out on the path of reading, I had promised myself to read at least 50...
